Cosori’s 4.7L Air Fryer is designed to be a long-lasting addition to your kitchen, with a two-year warranty that encourages repairs rather than replacements. Because of the range of settings you get, this air fryer is great value for money as a family cooking appliance. The only thing that really lets it down is when the crisper plate comes out when you tip the basket to pour out your food. Even with that in mind, however, I'd still buy this machine again and it's now a firm staple in my kitchen.In fact, I've barely used my oven since getting it, and my toaster is fully redundant. I positioned the air fryer about 5 inches away from the wall and ensured that the space above it was also 5 inches. Powered by 900W and has a temperature range of 75°–205°C, this air fryer can cook a range of air fryer recipes. The fryer is small and lightweight, making it easy to move and store. Another reason I prefer the Dual Blaze over this model is the design of the basket. This model has a removable basket that detaches on the handle – although this air fryer has remained sturdy so far I did once own an air fryer with this design before and the clasp broke where it detaches. We used the air fryer to cook homemade fries, which were crisp on the outside with soft, fluffy potato on the inside, but they weren’t evenly browned. Cosori recommends pre-heating the air fryer, although, unlike the Instant Vortex Plus 6-in-1 Air Fryer, this doesn’t happen automatically. As such, you’ll need to activate the preset first, adding food items once the preheat is complete. Even with the preheat, the suggested cooking time of 25 minutes didn’t achieve the level of browning preferred, so we cooked them for a further five minutes.This is one of the Cosori air fryers I am currently reviewing, so expect a full standalone review of that quite soon! Although I am still in the middle of testing the Cosori Dual Blaze, I have been impressed by its performance and convenience. It cooks food fast and evenly, with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Sustainable To put this air fryer to the test, I first started out making some potato wedges. I sliced two potatoes and added 1 tbsp of olive oil to the air fryer. This COSORI model has a fries preset function so I selected that and the shake timer so I knew to give the chips a chance to cook evenly. The fries mode took 25 minutes and the result was impressive. The wedges came out with a golden colouring and were nice and crisp on the outside.

If you want to take your air fryer game to the next level and want the convenience of being able to control your machine from your phone, the Proscenic T31 air fryer oven is the one for you. This air fryer is WiFi-enabled and has a more traditional oven look with a whopping 12 preset options to choose from. However, the efficiency of the fryer was impressive when cooking chips. The machine reminded us to shake the contents by beeping, and automatically restarted when we replaced the drawer. Compared to using a big electric oven, the air fryer uses less energy and can help you save money in the long run. The bacon function is particularly impressive, and you can easily fit three rashers of traditional bacon in at a time. That being said, with proper care and maintenance, this air fryer should last for longer than the two-year warranty period.

Final Thoughts On Cosori Air Fryers On a positive note, the Cosori Pro LE Air Fryer L501 comes with a couple of handy safety features. The controls can’t be activated unless the air fryer basket is fully inserted into the air fryer. In addition, there’s a button on the basket that needs to be pressed before it can be removed from the air fryer – although we frequently forgot about this feature and struggled to remove the basket. Like many air fryers, the Cosori Pro LE Air Fryer L501 offers a reminder to shake feature, since rotating food during the cooking process will ensure that hot air reaches every inch of the surface of items. However, you’ll need to select this option when you’re choosing the preset, or setting the time and cooking duration you want.
