About this deal

Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold the whites into the mascarpone mixture, adding just 1 tbsp at first to loosen, then adding the rest in two batches. Chill for 25 minutes. Sweet and oh-so-indulgent, liqueurs are the perfect end to any meal. Typically, they will have a lower ABV of around 15-20% (as opposed to a straight spirit such as gin, which will be upwards of 40%), making them ideal drunk neat or over ice. How to Drink: Dry shake 50ml ADRIATICO Roasted Amaretto, 50ml fresh lemon juice, 50ml fresh orange juice and 1 egg white. Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon zest.

Keep some raspberries to the side to garnish. Crush the remaining raspberries in a bowl and add the caster sugar, 1 tbsp of honey, and 1 tbsp of Sassenach. When you think of Italy, you think of the classics: the fresh pizza from Naples, creamy Cacio e pepe from Rome, rich red wine from Tuscany, or sweet cannoli from Sicily. They’re all classic comfort flavours, and at this time of year, that’s exactly what is needed. It’s getting colder and darker, and there’s nothing better than a soothing hug in a bowl or glass – a real winter warm. Well, Stambecco liqueurs have come up with just the thing, and the ultimate Italian classic comfort-in-a-bottle: tiramisu liqueur.Tiramisu, as you’ll likely know, is a delicious pudding made from layers of fresh mascarpone, sponge fingers, eggs, Vin Santo or Marsala and coffee, lightly dusted in bitter cocoa powder. Fun fact: Tiramisu literally translates as ‘Cheer you up!’ and that’s exactly what the dessert, and this liqueur does! I couldn’t even begin to imagine how the flavours could be captured in a liqueur, but Stambecco have done just that… To find the best liqueur, our panel of 10 WSET-trained experts and consumers tried 37 fun flavours from the leading supermarkets and brands. They were looking for a well-balanced, easy-drinking liqueur they’d be proud to serve at the end of a meal. All products were served chilled and blind to prevent brand bias. Stir the Stambecco Tiramisu into the espresso in a shallow bowl. Soak one side of the savoiardi biscuits in the mixture for a couple of seconds before turning them over and repeating. Master Distillers, Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni of Torino Distillati, created Stambecco Tiramisu, and launched earlier this year. Made from 100% natural ingredients, including coffee extracts from the local Torino region (which is known as the capital of Italian coffee), this liqueur aims to be a fitting tribute to the dessert – so let’s dive in!

ENJOYING AUTUMN - We present Baileys Tiramisu, our long-awaited, perfectly customized, and certainly most sought-after variety of the coming season. The Italian Tiramisu has been voted the number-one dessert throughout Europe. We have thus refined our recipe and fully integrated this flavour Baileys cheesecake was something my mum used to make a lot, but in classic Irish mammy fashion, she doesn’t actually have a recipe to share as she basically wings it every time, so we’ve gone to the brand itself for this one. How to Drink: The Select Spritz is best served in a large wine glass: combine 3 parts Select Aperitivo, 2 parts chilled prosecco over ice, top with a splash of soda water and very gently stir. Garnish with a green olive – the bigger, the better. The Lowdown: Created by the aristocratic Pilla brothers in the Castello district of Venice, and made by blending 30 botanicals from around the world, Select Aperitivo is an aperitif that is complex and intense with a moreish bitterness from roots and barks.

How to Drink: Serve 1 part Starlino Arancione over ice in a large wine glass and top with 1 part Sparking wine and 1 part Soda. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange. The ultimate digestif, it’s safe to say liqueurs have moved on since Baileys first burst onto the market (although if that’s your tipple of choice, no shade). These days, sweet can co-exist with sophisticated — you just need to be savvy about the brands you invest in.We opted for a layered approach to look like Sam Heughan’s — a layer of oats, then the raspberries, then the cream. Repeat and garnish with the raspberries we set aside earlier.
